Membership Renewal $100.00 plus HST = $112.00
Insurance $160.00 = $160.00
TOTAL = $272.00

Late Fee: (renewals received after February 29 2012) $50.00 plus HST =$56.00


Schools (Fees are due February 29 2012)
Membership Renewal $250.00 plus HST = $ 280.00

Late Ree: renewals received after February 29 2012) $50.00 plus HST= $56.00


General (Fees are due February 29 2012/ Free with registration of a course in 2012)
Membership $ 20.00 plus HST = $ 22.40

Course Registration

Certificate of Competency ( Shore Based or Practical)
Certificate $ 10.00 plus HST = $ 11.20

Instructor Evaluator
